Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–21 business days. We also offer fast shipping (5–11 days) for an additional $200.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. For special delivery requests, please contact us before ordering.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed to you within 24 hours after your item ships. You can also track it via seafit.us.
5. Is there a warranty on my trailer?
Yes, all Irontow trailers come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for full details.
