By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. using our partner Seafit. Standard shipping (7–21 days) is free. Fast shipping (5–11 days) is available for $200. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. All trailers are backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Please refer to our Returns & Warranty policies for more information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Irontow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use of our trailers and towing equipment is at your own risk and responsibility.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.
